L’IFSI du CH Le Rouvray a fait le choix de s’inscrire dans le programme ERASMUS+ afin d’offrir une opportunité de mobilité de stage en Europe aux étudiants qui en font le projet, qu’ils soient entrants ou sortants.

Ces mobilités de stage permettent aux étudiants « entrants » et « sortants » de s’enrichir des pratiques professionnelles des infirmières européennes et d’identifier la force de la relation de soin quel que soit le lieu où l’on soigne. Cette rencontre interculturelle permet aux étudiants de gagner en autonomie dans une approche personnelle et linguistique.

The nursing school of Le Rouvray General Hospital decided to become a part of the ERASMUS+ program, in order to give both incoming and outgoing students opportunities to find work placements in European countries.

These placement mobilities allow incoming and outgoing students to learn professional practices from European nurses and to analyse the strength of care relationships, regardless of the country in which these cares are performed. These intercultural encounters allow students to develop their autonomy within a personal and linguistic approach.
