  • Improving cultural and linguistic competencies

Elaboration of outgoing students’ ERASMUS project:

Students from Le Rouvray Nursing School can depart during the placement periods (Semester 5)

Elaboration of students’ projects

Requirements and eligibility criteria for the implementation of a student project:

  • ERASMUS+ placements must last at least 9 weeks
  • The student validated all of their course units during semesters 1, 2 and 3
  • No disciplinary measures have been taken against the student
  • The placement must not put the student in a precarious financial situation
  • The ERASMUS+ placement project must enter into the student’s training and/or professional project
  • The student must speak English or the language of their host country with an adequate level of communication (OLS test)

Different steps of creation of an ERASMUS file

  • Presentation of the program with the classes involved
  • Submission of application forms to ERASMUS+ coordinators
  • 1st individual motivation interview and exchanges around the student’s project
  • Exchanges with representative tutors
  • 2nd collective interview to confirm the ERASMUS+ placement mobility
  • 3rd individual interview to ensure all administrative procedures are ongoing

Composition of the ERASMUS+ commission within Le Rouvray Nursing School

The ERASMUS+ commission of Le Rouvray Nursing School includes the Director or her deputy, the student’s representative tutor and an ERASMUS+ coordinator. This commission is responsible for the validation of placement mobilities.

Exchanges with Le Rouvray Nursing School during placement mobility

For the entire duration of placement mobilities, Le Rouvray Nursing School has an ERASMUS+ telephone line for partners and mobility students.

ERASMUS+ coordinators will be available in case of questions related to ongoing mobility.

Students have digital translators at their disposal to facilitate exchanges and the understanding of written documents during their placement.

After the ERASMUS+ project

After their placement mobility, students will give the documents testifying the completion of their placement to ERASMUS+ coordinators.

Students must complete a questionnaire evaluating their placement mobility on the ERASMUS+ platform within the stated deadlines.

ERASMUS+ coordinators organise pedagogical activities with outgoing students in the form of reflexive analysis of their experience.

Outgoing students must commit to share their experience during their placement mobility in the form of a presentation for Le Rouvray Nursing School’s students, and the education and management team.
